Hi, I’m Erin Nesbitt. I've spent 15+ years as an HR Business Partner at companies like Hulu, Vice Media, and Volta, navigating everything from hypergrowth to a major acquisition. I'm good at this work, and I genuinely love it. But somewhere along the way, I noticed the same gap showing up everywhere: ambitious, fast-moving companies making critical people decisions without any real HR support in their corner.

That's why I started Collaboral Consulting. Not every company needs a full-time HR hire, but every company needs good HR.
